Our Air Conditioners Warranty

Air Crystal’s air conditioners and thermopumps come with a 3 years parts and 6 years compressor manufacturer warranty from the purchase date. Failure to install and/or use the product following the manufacturer’s recommendations shall render the warranty void.

Optional: $ 499
Extended warranty 10 years on the compressor and 5 years on parts.
Exclusive to customers having their installation perform by Air Crystal’s professionals.
Customers for whom installation is not done by Air crystal are excluded from this offer, unless the air conditioner start-up is performed by an Air Crystal technician.
